National Key Account Manager – Emergency Care
This role is within Johannesburg, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Financial record keeping: capturing all financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Financial reporting: preparing management accounts (profit/loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations).
- Budget monitoring: monitoring spending and guiding departments on spending.
- Tax compliance: calculation of VAT and submission of VAT returns.
- Auditing: assisting with audits and providing information to external auditors.
- System management: utilizing financial management systems (Xero) and other software (FNB banking website) for daily operations and reporting.
Criteria:
- BA/BS degree in accounting or finance (BCom or equivalent).
- SAIPA or globally recognised CPA professional certificate advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience performing full accounting functions up to financial statements.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
Cyber Security Key Account Manager – Johannesburg
Qualifications & experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or related field.
- Valid South African driver's licence and own vehicle.
- South African ID number.
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in technology or services (cybersecurity experience significant).
- Sales management experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, particularly in cybersecurity.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing existing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct regular meetings and check‑ins to discuss performance and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop understanding of entire portfolio of cybersecurity consulting and managed security services.
- Lead the sales process for upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

Overview and responsibilities:
- Manage strategic national and regional accounts, driving sales volume and profitability.
