Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional nail technician experience with a proven artistry track record.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a salon or spa.
• Proficiency in gel, acrylic, dipping powders and advanced nail art techniques.
• Strong understanding of salon management software, scheduling and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.
• Certification from a recognized nail academy or relevant industry qualifications is essential.

Responsibilities
