About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and accomplished Senior Music Producer to join their innovative audio production studio based in Pretoria . This role is responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of music composition and production for a variety of media, including film, television, advertising, and gaming. You will collaborate with composers, artists, and project managers to deliver exceptional sonic experiences that elevate brand identity and storytelling. We are looking for a visionary producer with a deep understanding of music theory, production techniques, and a proven ability to inspire unique and impactful musical scores.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to the end-to-end music production process, from concept to final mix.
• Collaborate with composers and artists to develop original musical scores and arrangements that meet project requirements.
• Manage recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio capture and performance.
• Expertly mix and master music tracks to broadcast and final delivery standards.
• Provide creative feedback and technical guidance to composers and engineers.
• Manage music licensing, rights, and royalty administration for all produced works.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Music Producer or equivalent role in the music industry.
• Demonstrated success in producing music for film, television, advertising, or video games.
• Advanced proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or Ableton Live.
• Strong understanding of music theory, arrangement, orchestration, and various music genres.
• Experience managing recording sessions, session musicians, and audio engineers.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
