Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a Senior Security Architect to own the end-to-end security design of a large-scale mobile banking platform (iOS/Android/web). You will govern security across devices, APIs, identity, cloud, and DevSecOps pipelines to deliver a secure customer experience.

The role emphasizes threat mitigation, strong authentication, and architecture decisions that support regulatory compliance and resilience.

Qualifications

Senior-level security architecture experience in digital banking or fintech.
Hands-on expertise in mobile security, API security, identity, cryptography, cloud security, and DevSecOps.
Ability to translate business risks and threats into pragmatic architecture decisions and measurable non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end security architecture for a large-scale mobile banking platform.
Define and govern security across mobile apps, APIs, identity platforms, cloud infrastructure, backend services, shared platforms, and DevSecOps pipelines.
Architect strong customer authentication using PINs, biometrics, device-bound cryptographic keys.
Lead threat modelling across onboarding, authentication, payments, and sensitive journeys.
Embed Security-by-Design into design documents, release governance and delivery assurance forums.
Define DevSecOps guardrails including SAST, DAST, secret management, and IaC security.
