You’ll design, build, and enhance core enterprise systems across ERP, CRM, data, and automation—powering online applications, analytics, and reporting at scale. The role blends hands‑on development with solution design and mentorship, ensuring delivery that is robust, secure, and future‑ready. Architect and develop solutions across Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL) and Power Platform (Model-driven & Canvas apps).
Enhance ERP, CRM (Dynamics 365), data warehouse, BI, and analytics capabilities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Implement automation, workflows, and practical ML-driven features where they add real value.
Lead by example: review code, guide best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements, timelines, and release quality.
Contribute to data warehouse design and analytics implementation with an eye for scalability and governance.
Solid experience with Microsoft SQL, C#, ASP.NET; comfort across HTML / JavaScript and Python fundamentals.
~3–5 years hands‑on with low-code platforms, especially Power Platform; Dynamics 365 exposure advantageous.
Proven track record in automation / workflow solutions and applying SDLC / testing discipline.
Clear communication, analytical thinking, rapid prototyping, and a growth mindset; ability to guide and uplift others.
Stable, secure releases that measurably improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Power Platform and Dynamics solutions that reduce manual steps and speed up decision-making.
Clean, maintainable codebases with strong testing coverage and CI‑friendly practices.
