• Existing relationships with editors, reporters and media professionals.
• People-first mindset focusing on how messaging lands with public and staff.

Responsibilities

• Write press releases, thought leadership pieces, media pitches, and leadership updates in a human, engaging voice.
• Pitch compelling stories to journalists and manage media inquiries with poise and speed.
• Lead internal communications with leadership to build trust and align the team.
• Own the crisis communication playbook and handle tough situations with clarity and accountability.
• Create polished media kits, briefs, and collateral while monitoring public sentiment and brand health.
