What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and affiliate networks.
- Budget Ownership: Oversee media spend, ensuring strategic allocation and maximum ROI while meeting ambitious CPA targets.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign data to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and improve performance at scale.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to provide data‑driven feedback and help shape impactful ad assets.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small team of media coordinators, helping them strengthen their skills in campaign execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, insightful performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor platform updates, competitor movements, and emerging media opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency with major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
