Role Overview

We are looking for a results‑driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team. In this role you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data‑driven forecasting. You will build and execute the Prophet system for clients, ensuring each strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of accurate, insight‑driven forecasts.
  • Manage, align and work with the team members of your pod including a Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
  • Ensure daily execution and actualisation of forecasts, building a Growth Forecast and Growth Map using the Prophet System.
  • Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily projected targets.
  • Implement tests in accounts to improve performance continuously.
  • Maintain a 5% delta from the forecast and uphold quality standards across all work.
  • Provide daily performance updates and weekly updates on strategy calls to clients.
  • Contribute learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluent in English with persuasive communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong data‑analysis ability, familiarity with Google Sheets, and eagerness to develop advanced skills.
  • Experience in media buying, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or related fields.
  • Critical‑thinking skills with logical frameworks to solve complex problems.
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and a self‑managed learner who embraces feedback.
  • Passion for e‑commerce and the ability to drive measurable impact.
Compensation & Growth

First month: $2
Second month: $4
Third month (average): $7 per month
1st Year Annual Range: $64,000 – $76,000
Growth, transparency, and fairness in career development: Clear progression path, weekly performance dashboard, pay transparency, and monthly review of progress.

Management & Reporting

Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy, who will mentor and guide you through your learning journey.
