Placements24 is seeking a Senior Massage Therapist & Wellness Coach for a wellness center in Kimberley. The role blends advanced therapeutic massage with client coaching to support stress management, mobility, and healthy living.

You will work closely with clients to address physical tension and provide strategies for holistic well-being. Requirements include certification as a Massage Therapist with advanced modalities, coaching training, and at least 5 years’ experience (2+ in coaching).

Qualifications

• Certified Massage Therapist with advanced training in multiple modalities.
• Certification or recognized training in wellness coaching.
• Minimum of 5 years of massage therapy experience, with at least 2 years in coaching/advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of therapeutic massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized wellness coaching plans focusing on stress reduction, mobility, and healthy habits.
• Educate clients on self-care practices, stretching, and ergonomic advice.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment and coaching plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to provide integrated care.
