  • Lead and manage all aspects of digital strategy across multiple brands in the hospitality portfolio.
  • Oversee and mentor a creative team of designers, copywriters, and marketing coordinators to ensure excellence across every campaign.
  • Develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, content, email) focused on engagement and ROI.
  • Manage web development and UX, ensuring seamless functionality, design integrity, and brand cohesion across all sites.
  • Analyse digital performance data to drive insights and continuous optimisation.
