Responsibilities

• Lead the Merchant SOX remediation programme and oversee identified deficiencies and remediation timelines.
• Assess root causes of control deficiencies and support practical remediation plans.
• Coordinate with business owners to agree actions and monitor implementation.
• Define evidence requirements to demonstrate control implementation and sustainability.
• Oversee risk-based monitoring of control performance and remediation closure.
