We’re seeking a strategic and commercially minded Pricing Manager to join our Strategy team. This role plays a key part in shaping pricing as a driver of growth, customer value, and competitive advantage across the region. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, finance, and customer success teams to design and implement pricing strategies that are locally relevant, data-informed, and aligned with global principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a buisness partner to sales and product teams.

Market-Aligned Pricing Strategy
  • Develop and adapt pricing strategies for regional markets.

  • Create simple, value-based pricing models that resonate with clients.

  • Customize packages and price lists by segment and country.

Commercial Policy & Governance
  • Define discount frameworks and manage exceptions.

  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure pricing supports profitability.

Campaigns & Offers
  • Design and evaluate promotional campaigns and commercial offers.

  • Use pricing initiatives to support product adoption and growth.

Customer Value Management
  • Monitor customer lifecycle metrics such as churn and retention.

  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through pricing design.

Data & Analytics
  • Build pricing dashboards and tools using platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.

  • Track KPIs and leverage automation and AI for insights.

Enablement & Communication
  • Provide training, playbooks, and tools to support sales teams.

  • Align pricing narratives with marketing for consistent messaging.

Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

  • Share insights across global pricing communities.

Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Commerce, Business Science, Actuarial) preferred.

  • Proven experience in pricing projects or strategy, particularly within SaaS and/or content pricing environments.

  • Experience in pricing, strategy, finance, or commercial roles.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and markets.
