What You Will Do

As the Senior Manager Operations, you\'ll be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of our facilities in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, and Bloemfontein, as well as our operations in Botswana and Eswatini. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, including managers, to achieve departmental and operational goals.
  • Ensuring timely and consistent completion of processes and procedures across all assigned departments and locations.
  • Driving operational efficiency and service excellence in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing data analytics and process improvement methodologies to identify areas for optimization and implement effective solutions.
