NTT DATA seeks a seasoned Manager, Internal Auditing to lead the internal audit program, oversee audit execution, and provide assurance on governance, risk, and compliance across the group. You will mentor a high-performing audit team and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

The role emphasizes assessing second-line governance, risk management, and policy implementation in a complex, global setting, while driving timely, insightful recommendations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CIA or related designation.
• Advanced internal audit management experience in a related environment.
• Experience leading teams and delivering audit outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and scope internal audits, including objectives, risks, and audit approach.
• Oversee audits across corporate functions and second-line activities.
• Assess governance, risk, compliance, monitoring, and policy controls.
• Review and finalise audit reports, monitor remediation progress.
• Present audit findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Coordinate with external auditors and other assurance providers.
