Responsibilities
- Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent across the organization.
- Set and implement the digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to digitize analog processes.
- Promote and cultivate a digital mindset at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of digital best practices across teams.
- Measure ROI on digital initiatives and adjust strategies and tools as needed.
- Develop a clear and compelling digital strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
- Integrate digital transformation initiatives into strategic planning and ensure leadership support.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, and business models.
- Oversee a portfolio of digital-innovation projects and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Build and grow a dynamic digital ecosystem, internally and externally.
- Evaluate and implement emerging digital tools and technologies (e.g., AI, CRM platforms) to improve operations and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and develop digital capabilities across the organization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to digital teams, ensuring continuous improvement and skills development.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Project Management.
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar digitalization or digital leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in designing and launching digital platforms.
- Proven leadership in managing end-to-end digital transformation projects.

- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of core business processes and supporting digital solutions.
- Ability to identify and integrate innovative and disruptive technologies.
