A Mining company in Bedfordview is looking for an Office Manager who will also perform Business Development role, and Executive Assistant. Salary: R45 000 pm CTC.
The Office Manager to the CEO will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO's private and corporate office. The role requires a proactive, highly organised professional with strong business development, project management, and communication skills -- capable of operating with discretion, diplomacy, and efficiency across multiple sectors and stakeholders.
Business Development and Project Management
- Support business development initiatives by preparing proposals, RFP responses, and concept papers.
 - Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
 - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support strategic execution.
 
Stakeholder and Institutional Engagement
- Serve as the liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders within the Royal Private Office, business partners, and government institutions.
 - Manage relationships, appointments, and communication protocols with strategic stakeholders.
 - Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and diplomacy in various forums.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
 - 5+ years' experience in project management or strategy execution, ideally within a corporate, consulting, or executive office environment.
 - Proven record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects with precision and pace.
 - Strong grasp of organizational dynamics, business operations, and strategic planning.
 - Demonstrated experience interfacing with senior executives and managing stakeholder expectations.
 - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
