A leading telecommunications company in South Africa is seeking a Senior Manager: Administration to lead a diverse support team. This role focuses on ensuring project commitments are met, managing invoicing, and enhancing stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and accuracy in operations, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business success.
Senior Manager: Administration will play a critical role in enabling all projects within Revenue Assurance to run according to the SLA commitments and deliver customer expectations. This role requires the incumbent to lead a large support team consisting of IT specialists (who interface with group Technology), procurement, reporting, logistics, billing, quality assurance and back-office administration. This role forms part of the core leadership team within Revenue Assurance that will take responsibility for ensuring the 3 business areas work seamlessly together to deliver on all new and existing bids and tenders; anticipate, monitor and reduce revenue leakage and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
