Overview

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Management Couple to join a renowned luxury safari property located in Madikwe North West. This live-in position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional couple with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in 5-star hospitality environments.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within 5-star lodges or luxury hospitality establishments
  • Valid drivers licences and own transport
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Ability to think creatively and operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing engaging personalities with excellent guest interaction abilities
Requirements Him
  • FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred); all guiding qualifications up to date and paid
  • Full Trails qualification advantageous
  • First Aid Level 1 certification
  • Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
  • Excellent hosting abilities and guest relations skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic HR knowledge

  • Excellent hosting and guest interaction skills
  • Broad operational knowledge across multiple lodge departments advantageous
  • PAN system knowledge (essential)
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities

Package Includes
