Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Management Consultant to join a premier management consultancy in Sandton, Gauteng. You will drive strategic initiatives and lead project teams through hands-on implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in management consulting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to present strategy to C-suite. You will conduct deep market analyses, develop actionable roadmaps, mentor juniors, and help grow client relationships

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations management.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of business strategy frameworks, financial modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other South African languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
