The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance with processes, managing shipments, and leading a team. Requirements include extensive experience in forwarding and clearing, a logistics-related degree, and exceptional communication skills. This role promises a dynamic work environment focused on client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Comprehensive knowledge of the forwarding and clearing industry, Incoterms and customs requirements.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of Forwarding and Clearing experience required with good knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain processes.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar management role.
• Financial P&L experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with designated system processes for file registration and shipment monitoring.
• Assist in determining best routing for shipments.
• Develop relationships with carriers, agents, and clients for increased brand loyalty.
• Lead the team through coaching and motivating subordinates.
