Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent understanding of offset printing processes and press calibration.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold strict quality standards and implement in-line inspections.
• Lead and motivate operators while fostering skill growth.
• Reduce makeready times and optimise plate changes.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments for smooth production flow.
• Diagnose and address printing defects and mechanical issues.
• Promote a safe working environment and adhere to ISO standards.
• Drive process innovation and lean manufacturing principles.
