Qualifications

• BS Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong Linux skills required.
• Experience in Python and scripting.
• Configuration management tools experience (e.g., Cfengine, Puppet, Ansible).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, S3, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Install new systems and configure hardware using infrastructure as code.
• Develop and maintain configuration management tools.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development.
• Manage security and perform daily automated backup operations.
• Apply operating system patches and perform performance reporting.
