Senior Lettings Negotiator - New Cross

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful multi-branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of London property. They are searching for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a London lettings agent who has 3+ years' experience in London lettings.

Duties/Functions Of The Role

• Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
• List properties from the existing database/network
• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
• Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
• Managing the lettings process from offer to move in

Requirements Of The Role

• 3+ years' experience working in central London
• ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
• A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Salary budgets: £22,000 - £26,000 basic salary, £60,000 - £65,000 OTE + car allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm, alternate Saturdays 10am-4pm
