Role Headline

Designs, develops, and manages customer Automation/Control system projects in various industries, according to defined customer standards and industry norms. Manages projects within PM@Siemens standards and customer requirements, with responsibility for economic results. Leads tender development from pricing through to offer documents creation and control.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Consult with customers on technical solutions, with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
• Clarify targets, requirements, and RFP specifications.
• Prepare participation in tender and lead negotiation with customers (technical and commercial).
• Coordinate overall project planning and resource allocation.
• Clarify specifications and liaise with responsible internal Project Manager.
• Monitor milestones and budgets; initiate actions to minimise non-conformance costs.
• Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors or other stakeholders.
• Lead technical design of the system, including on-site installation and commissioning.
