Qualifications

• PhD in Education, Public Policy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of academic experience with a track record of research and publication in education policy.
• Experience teaching and curriculum development at the tertiary level.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies in policy analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; capable of hybrid academic collaboration.
