Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage underwriting of specialty lines insurance business.
• Develop and implement underwriting policies, pricing strategies and guidelines.
• Analyze complex risks and make informed underwriting decisions.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
