A leading landscape architecture firm is inviting applications for the role of Senior Landscape Architect. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects and help shape a new practice alongside an experienced team. Candidates should possess strong visual presentation skills and expertise in landscape design tools. This position is based in South Africa, Noordwes.

Overview

Lucid is a new independent landscape and urban design practice, working across the UK from our studio in central Manchester. We are a small team but through our experience and networks we are asked to tackle development and regeneration projects of scale and impact. By working collaboratively across disciplines we take on some serious design challenges whilst maintaining a relaxed and creative working atmosphere.

In response to a growing workload, we are inviting applications for the role of Senior Landscape Architect. We are proactively building a team that is diverse in background and experience and would welcome candidates who can bring something different to our culture and working practices.

Qualifications

• excellent communicators with strong visual presentation skills
• comfortable working across a range of scales and sectors
• experienced in detailed landscape and public realm design
• skilled in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, ideally with working knowledge of Revit

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will play a key role on diverse and interesting projects.
• The successful candidate will have the chance to help shape a new practice, with the support of an experienced Director team.
