A leading African banking institution seeks a Senior Specialist: Learning & Development to provide specialist expertise in creating impactful, future-focused learning strategies. This role will require partnership with HR and business leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and support strategic goals, leveraging technologies like Generative AI. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR and have 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking and consulting environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar specialist-level role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Investment Banking, Banking, Learning, and Consulting is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support in practice formulation and improvement tactics.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive impactful learning strategies.
• Consult to ensure global consistency of L&D objectives aligned with CIB Strategy.
