• Completed IT Degree or related qualification.
• 8–10 years' senior Java development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop software based on technical design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise requests.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and code scalable, readable, maintainable software.
• Mentor junior developers and review their deliverables.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation of deployments.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare releases and documentation for production.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure service levels.
• Continuously improve software processes and architecture.
