• Expert Java knowledge and tooling; willingness to move between languages and stacks.
• Experience with automated testing and agile practices; strong remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work with client and team to determine system requirements and delivery approach.
• Deliver software using agile practices (pair programming, TDD, CI/CD).
• Automate infrastructure and deployments; provide production support.
• Advocate agile methods to client organisations and improve delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to achieve common goals.
