Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Oversee hardware and desktop setup for new staff.
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure including VPN.
  • Implement and monitor security controls aligned with ISO 27001.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support across teams.
  • Maintain the IT asset register and manage licenses.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities.

At CubeSpace Satellite Systems, we design and manufacture world‑class satellite attitude determination and control systems used by customers across the globe. We’re looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage our technology infrastructure, support a growing team, and strengthen our information security environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment, including user accounts, licensing, access control, and Intune device management.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for collaboration and document management.
  • Oversee hardware and desktop setup, provisioning laptops, printers, and system access for all new staff.
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and device connectivity).
  • Implement and monitor security controls, including MFA, encryption, antivirus, and data backups, aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Provide day‑to‑day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues across teams.
  • Maintain the IT asset register, manage licenses, vendors, and IT procurement.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities using Power Automate or PowerShell.
  • Support integration and data management across business systems (ERP, HRIS, Odoo, etc.).
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Skilled in desktop setup, troubleshooting, and Windows OS (Linux familiarity advantageous).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Experience with information security management, incident response, and data protection.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, service‑oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
