Job summary

A recruitment agency in Johannesburg is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new sales opportunities and manage client accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' sales experience in the IT industry, strong CRM skills, and excellent presentation abilities. Minimum Requirements

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Complete Licensing Renewals, True‑Ups, Quotes and Invoice Processing
  • Consulting on business requirements and strategic objectives
  • Upsell
Vendor Management
  • Attend partner meetings and webinars
  • Building vendor relationships
CRM
  • Capture all contacts, leads, opportunities, and quotes on Dynamics
  • Customize and configure Dynamics Reporting
  • Build PowerBI Dashboards and Reports
  • Weekly / Monthly reports on opportunities and account review meetings
