Senior IT Recruiter

Location: Hybrid (SA-based)
Contract Type: 3 Month Contract

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our talent acquisition strategy. Partnering with the People Operations Manager and senior stakeholders across the UK, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of IT and technical roles, from graduate through to senior leadership positions.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business growth by building strong talent pipelines, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across IT and technology functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source top talent, and deliver a seamless recruitment process.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to business needs.
  • Our clients Champion employer brand and promote a first-class candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment performance and reporting.
  • Manage and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (HiBob).
About You
  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, including 3+ years in IT or technology recruitment.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience within an IT or professional services environment (desirable).
