A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. This hybrid position in Cape Town requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in IT. Key responsibilities include building talent pipelines and enhancing the candidate experience. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our talent acquisition strategy. Partnering with the People Operations Manager and senior stakeholders across the UK, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of IT and technical roles, from graduate through to senior leadership positions.
