Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software and both traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of system development lifecycle, IT infrastructure, data communications, and service management principles.
  • Ability to coach teams and facilitate agile ceremonies.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with clear and persuasive communication across all levels.
  • Negotiation skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and foster win‑win outcomes.
