Qualifications

• 5 years experience in IT operations or project management within the transport fleet or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of fleet systems, routing, compliance and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver complex IT and business system projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Business Analysis or ERP-related qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cross-functional IT and operational improvement projects on time and within budget.
• Manage implementation and optimisation of fleet and transport management systems.
• Support systems covering compliance, scheduling, routing and vehicle tracking.
• Collaborate with finance teams on ERP billing and system integrations.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into actionable plans and oversee delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, IT contracts and procurement processes.
• Lead and mentor IT project contributors to ensure successful outcomes.
