Responsibilities

• Conduct crypto and blockchain audits, including reconciliations, wallet ownership testing, and risk assessments.
• Perform IT audits across platforms and technologies, ensuring compliance and security.
• Support financial audits through IT assurance, including SOC reporting and ISAE / SSAE engagements.
• Apply data analytics and automation to enhance audit processes.
• Engage with international clients and mentor junior staff within the IT Assurance team.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years experience in finance or accounting preferably within a Big 4 firm and supporting financial audits under ISAs.
• Degree in Accounting.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Interest in crypto and blockchain fundamentals.
• Willingness to relocate to the Bahamas (North America).
• Willingness to transition from an accounting or finance role to IT auditing.

Nice to Have

• CA(SA) certification.
• Prior crypto audit experience would be advantageous.
