Qualifications

• 20+ years’ experience in an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Experience supporting users in a multi-site or distributed environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments (servers and desktops).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and best practices.

Skills

Windows Server & Desktop support

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

Hardware and software troubleshooting

Education
