A financial regulatory authority in Pretoria is seeking a qualified candidate to conduct forensic regulatory investigations within the financial services industry. Responsibilities include creating investigation plans, assessing complaints, executing enforcement actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong interviewing skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining integrity. Applications from individuals with disabilities are encouraged.
To conduct forensic regulatory investigations within the financial services industry (financial markets, insurance, collective investment schemes, hedge funds, pension funds and financial and advisory services) and to take responsibility for the regulatory and enforcement action, following from such investigations. Persons appointed to these positions will report to the Senior Manager.
