Job summary

Lumax Energy is seeking an experienced Inventory & K8 ERP Manager to own company-wide inventory management, K8 ERP support, reporting and stock planning across Midrand and Olifantsfontein sites.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and Group Financial Manager, demanding 5+ years in senior inventory management and hands-on K8 ERP experience, with a track record of improving stock accuracy and working capital control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ senior inventory management or inventory-control experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on K8 ERP experience – essential.
• Proven responsibility for inventory valued at R50 million or more.
• Multi-warehouse or multi-site inventory management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, dashboards.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and ability to interpret data trends.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and control across both warehouses.
• Lead cycle counts, stocktakes, variances, replenishment and safety stock.
• Analyse slow-moving, excess, obsolete and aged inventory.
• Collaborate with Procurement on forecasting and replenishment decisions.
• Oversee stock movements, adjustments, scrap and loss‑control.
• Maintain product and inventory master-data quality and governance.
• Develop management dashboards and forecasting models.
• Provide management with actionable recommendations.
