Senior Integration Engineer

The Senior Integration Engineer isresponsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-gradeintegration solutions across the organization's application landscape. Thisrole provides technical leadership within the integration team, drives bestpractices, mentors junior engineers, and ensures scalable, secure, andmaintainable API and integration solutions.

The successful candidate will be a hands-ontechnical leader with deep expertise in MuleSoft, API-led connectivity,enterprise integration patterns, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and reusable integration solutions usingAPI-led connectivity principles.
  
• Produce high-quality technical artifacts including solutiondesigns, sequence diagrams, API specifications, and integration patterns.
  
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security,and governance standards.
  
• Review and challenge solution designs to improve scalability,performance, and maintainability.
  

API & Integration Development

• Develop and maintain MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and reusableassets.
  
• Design and implement System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  
• Integrate with various technologies including:
  
• Mainframe systems
  
• Databases
  
• SFTP platforms
  
• REST/SOAP services
  
• Third-party vendor solutions
  
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, logging, andobservability practices.
  
• Drive API reusability and standardization across domains.
  

Technical Leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Experience Required

• 6+ years software engineering experience.
  
• 4+ years enterprise integration experience.
  
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise APIs.
