Senior Integrated Project Manager

Reference

We are looking for an experienced Senior IPM to join our in‑house studio team working with a global leader in the drinks industry.

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, scoping, managing and delivering across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and will serve as a senior member of the teams within our digital and social group.

Responsibilities
  • Lead incoming brief triage process
  • Understand capacity and volume of work at any time
  • Ensure involvement from key stakeholders where brief merits
  • For simpler briefs, manage client follow‑ups or clarifications to enable swift project kick‑off
  • Allocate briefs within the team based on capacity and skillset
  • Serve as a partner to the Client Service team
  • Understand brand‑level KPIs
  • Be involved in forward planning, including key moments or predicted asks requiring service peaks
  • Act as point of escalation for delivery and project management team concerns
  • Communicate progress and status to the Client Service team or clients as necessary
  • Occasionally serve as point of contact for brand teams for out‑of‑office coverage
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidently manage multiple client stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making
  • Schedule projects aligning with internal resources and processes, sourcing additional capacity when needed
  • Identify, partner and at times lead the development and evolution of process documentation to support delivery and business success
  • Ensure projects follow agency and client processes and are completed on time and on budget
  • Provide ad‑hoc support on complex projects
  • Work closely with the Account Director and other PM roles to support new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with strong knowledge of digital and social media
  • 3–5 years of client‑facing experience, building successful relationships with mid‑ to senior‑level clients
  • Proven project management skills and experience
  • Experience creating and updating project plans and regular status reports
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Positive, can‑do outlook, leveraging past experience to provide optimal solutions
  • Proactive risk identification and management
  • Fluent in English; German language experience is a huge plus
