Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Underwriting, IT and Legal, you will develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field required or equivalent.
• MBA or relevant industry certifications highly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in product management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of product development, market analysis and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the insurance product portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, growth and end-of-life.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, underwriting, IT and legal to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new products.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements for profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Act as subject matter expert for the product portfolio and support internal stakeholders.
