Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools.
- Translate data into business decisions by partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver meaningful insights.
- Build and optimize scalable Power BI data models to ensure efficient reporting and decision‑making.
- Automate and improve processes by leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline data solutions.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with Data Engineers, Scientists, and Business Leaders to deliver high‑impact projects.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Proven track record in Analytics & Business Intelligence, developing interactive visualisations and designing user interfaces that provide a data storytelling visualisation of key insights and prescriptive actions.
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL (data modelling, SSRS, DAX) and preferably Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and translate complex data and uncover actionable business insights and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical data insights into clear, business‑friendly recommendations across varying audience levels.
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and is open to learning and adopting new technologies and practices.
- Share knowledge and mentor others in analytics best practices to support a data‑driven culture.
