Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a technical environment.
• 5 years’ experience in on-call rotations and after-hours support in a 24/7 environment.
• 5 years’ experience with computer hardware and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in Server Support, VMware support, SAN/Array support, and Linux support.
• Manage servers and ensure firmware is up-to-date.
• Set up and configure storage devices, perform routine maintenance.
• Create and maintain backup and restore procedures.
• Manage disaster recovery and ensure Datacenter availability.
