WPP Media South Africa is seeking a Senior Influencer & Creative Partnerships Manager in Cape Town to elevate brand stories through strategic talent partnerships and creative integrations.

You will bridge high-level creative concepting with executive talent management, driving mega influencer campaigns, rate negotiations, and annual renewals, while embedding a creative voice alongside the agency team to shape multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Influencer Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record with high-profile creators and campaigns.
• Experience in agency creative brainstorming and long-term negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of Mega influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Identify talent trends and strategic brand-fit partnerships.
• Negotiate multi-month or annual contracts and renewals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to co-create concepts and campaigns.
• Oversee campaign budgets, SOWs, IOs, and financial terms.
• Serve as primary client liaison for influencer strategy and progress.
