About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Inbound Tours Consultant to join our dynamic team in Fourways. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing tailor‑made travel experiences for our international clients.

You will handle enquiries for FITs, groups, and special‑interest programs across Southern Africa, creating seamless and memorable itineraries that showcase the region's best destinations, lodges, and experiences. If you are detail-oriented, love crafting unforgettable journeys, and thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment — we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Design and quote creative, personalized itineraries for inbound clients.
• Liaise with agents and suppliers to ensure accuracy and top‑quality service.
• Manage bookings from enquiry to final confirmation — including costing, logistics, and documentation.
• Work closely with our Product and Sales teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, destination updates, and supplier changes.

What You’ll Bring

6+ years' experience in the Inbound Travel Industry (Southern & East Africa focus).

Non‑negotiables

• Proficiency in Tourplan and Wetu.
• Excellent destination knowledge of Southern Africa & East Africa.
• Dealing with North American and Southeast Asian markets would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.
• A passion for travel, attention to detail, and a solutions‑driven mindset.
