The Senior Inbound Tour Consultant plays a crucial role in designing and managing bespoke travel itineraries that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our customers. Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
• Design and plan tailor-made itineraries that provide exceptional and memorable experiences.
• Handle all aspects of tour operations, including booking accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Manage and coordinate the logistics of group bookings and FIT arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during the tour.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Resolve any issues or changes that arise during the tour in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification. A qualification in Tourism will be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as an Inbound Tour Consultant
• Strong geographical and travel product knowledge across Southern and Eastern Africa.
• An all-rounder who is well-versed in designing and operating bespoke itineraries for both group and individual travellers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
