The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in inbound travel with a strong focus on group travel, excellent destination knowledge of South and Southern Africa, and proven negotiation abilities. This role involves designing innovative itineraries, sourcing high-quality services, and maintaining strong customer relationships with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in inbound travel, specifically group travel proposals.
• Experience in sourcing and negotiating services with suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creation of tailor‑made proposals for inbound ad hoc groups.
• Design itineraries that balance creativity, feasibility, and budget.
• Collaborate with the Group Operations team for seamless handover.
