Brief Description Purpose : The incumbent is responsible to provide HR support to the various departments under Central Human Resources Office through translating business strategy into HR initiatives and processes.
It involves activities such as recruitment, employment equity, labour relations, development and review of the University policy and procedure, HR administration, organisational compensation and benefits.
